Clinical psychologist Dr. Roberta Isleib is the author of a new mystery series starring a psychologist/advice columnist. Deadly Advice (Berkley) and Preaching to the Corpse (Berkley, December 2007) prove that when it comes to murder, everyone can use a little help. Roberta is the president of Sisters in Crime International.

Sisters in Crime or SinC, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, was founded by Sara Paretsky (of VI Warshawski fame) and a handful of women. The group now has 4,000 members: authors, readers and fans globally who are dedicated to strengthening the voice of female mystery writers and addressing gender bias.
